Benjamin secured a foundation for business and communications as a graduate of The Ohio State University. Settling in Greenwich Village in the early 1980’s, he still calls the Village his home. Married with two school age children, he is firmly committed to NYC living.
Benjamin's full time commitment to New York Real Estate began in 1988. His impressive commitment and dedication was evident by securing a leadership role in a number of Coop and Condo conversions.
He became a Principle Broker/Partner at Barshay Brokerage Real Estate Group in 1995.
Benjamin’s firm commitment to the industry has enabled him to be President of a residential Co-op Board for ten years. Benjamin is also deeply involved with various committees for the Real Estate Board of New York. He is the founder and former Co-Chair of The Small Firms Committee at the Real Estate Board of New York.
