Payoff Bank Attorney:  $350.00
Move Out Deposit: $150.00  (if applies)
Management Agent: $500.00  ( if applies)
NYS Transfer Tax: $2.00 per share $500.00 of price
NYC Transfer Tax: 1% of price up to  $500,000. 1.425% of price over $500,000.  $25.00 record fee.
Cuomo Tax:10% of the Seller’s net profit of a sale is over $1,000,000. This does not apply when the home is for primary residence. 

BUYER
Attorney:
$1,600 and up
Move In Deposit: $500.00
Recording Fees: $100.00
C.C. Adjustment: 1 month
Violation Search: $195.00  
Managing Agent Fee: $250.00 +
R.E. Tax Adjustment: 1-3 months
Mansion Tax: 1% over a $1,000,000
Fee Title Insurance: $650.00 per $100.000.
Mortgage Title Insurance: $500.00 per $100,000  
Bank Fees: Attorney:  $500.00 Application: $500.00   Points: 0-3% of loan , Tax escrow: 2-6 months   Short term interest:1 month
NYC Mortgage Tax: 1.80% of mortgage amount on loans under $500.000. 2.80% on mortgage amount over $500,000. 1-3 family residential mortgage $500,000+ = 1.925%
